Job Description

The Family Care Giver Program is a unique opportunity that allows an individual to become a paid caregiver to a family member with an intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) by becoming an employee of Cheyenne Village. 

Family Caregivers' receive hourly compensation for tasks outlined for your family member in their Individual Service and Support Plan (ISSP). This paid role allows you financial support to care for your family member in your home with the help of Cheyenne Village. 

A paid Family Caregiver is responsible for providing and maintaining a home for your family member that meets Housing Quality Standards.

As an employee of Cheyenne Village, you must complete an application for employment application, pass criminal, driving and references checks.  You must have internet access for documentation and reporting.  You will also be subject to home visits for monitoring purposes.

The Family Caregiver positions are part time.
