Cheyenne Village is seeking kind and caring employees who model the essential behaviors and skills we teach our clients. Our staff is comprised of dependable individuals who possess a spirit of servant leadership. We embrace our responsibility for the wellbeing of our residents and recognize that consistent care is critical to their development. While this line of work can be deeply rewarding, we must also provide effective guidance and support even in challenging situations.
We require all staff and independent contractors to be at least 21 years of age. Applicants will be subject to a background check. We work in a highly regulated field so you will be expected to learn and follow policies and guidelines. All prospective employees will be given a tour of our facilities and an opportunity to interact with residents to ensure candidates understand the full scope of their responsibilities. In addition to industry-leading compensation, we offer the following benefits to our full-time employees (30+ hours per week):
